Pets are allowed with prior approval and registration through our third-party partner, with an annual fee. Small pets (hamsters, birds, fish) are permitted. Two pets per household are allowed, subject to a non-refundable fee and a monthly fee per pet. Breed and weight restrictions apply No More than two (2) Pets Per unit.
